We are proud to serve New York State employees, retirees, and their families. As an experienced out-of-network provider for The Empire Plan, we understand the specific clinical documentation required for your care.

Direct Reimbursement: Once processed, the Empire Plan issues reimbursement directly to the member. We simply ask that you coordinate with our office once your statement arrives.
Aetna EMHP
We accept the Employee Medical Health Plan of Suffolk County, New York (EMHP). This plan is a staple for our local school district employees and government workers in the Islip area.

Direct Billing: We submit claims and bill Aetna EMHP directly on your behalf.

No-Fault & Workers' Compensation
Recovering from a motor vehicle accident or workplace injury? We handle Direct Billing for No-Fault and Workers' Comp claims. Please have your claim number, date of accident, and insurance adjuster's information ready when booking.
